Why?

The main reason this blog was started is because when I was hunting (literally) for laws related to school and child education in India, there was no one stop collection of these laws.

So for those of you who are interested in all the legal aspects of a school in India - affiliations, establishment, appointment and termination of teachers etc. - here's an attempt to collect all the laws in India applicable to schools.
